Order Information
What should I do if something from my order is missing?
Please contact our customer service at hellolily@shop-lilys.com with your name, order number, what product is missing. If possible, include a picture of the entire order out of the package
What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?
Please contact customer service at hellolily@shop-lilys.com, with your name, order number, a picture of the damaged product (with tags on product and not worn), and a short description of the issue. We will address this issue within 24 hours.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account here by entering your name, email, and a password of your choice.
Shipping & Returns
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal.
When you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. If you are having difficulty processing payment, please email us at hellolily@shop-lilys.com.
What are your shipping rates?
Free shipping on orders over $100.
Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $5.
You will receive your order between 5-7 business days after it has left our facility.
Where does Lily's ship to?
We ship to all 50 states.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
What is Lily's return policy?
- All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
- All items should be returned in their original packaging.
- Returns can be made for store credit only.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Upon receipt of returned goods Lily's reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

How do I submit a return request?
Contact Us:
- Contact us at at hellolily@shop-lilys.com to initiate the return process.
Submit a Request:
- Click the profile icon in the menu to log into your account.
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue". In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. - Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
Is it possible to modify my order once it is placed?
Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications.

How do I track my order once it is placed?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.
Lily's Rewards Program
What are Lily's Rewards?
Lily's Rewards allows you to earn points doing the things you already love to do. Points can be used towards future purchases and give you access to exclusive rewards and perks.
How do I join?
Just create an account! Joining is free and gets you on your way to earning!
You can create an account by clicking the Rewards button in the lower corner of your screen and selecting "Join Now". You can also click the person icon in the menu bar.
How do I earn points?
Earn points off purchases when you are logged into your account.
How do I redeem my points?
Just log into your account and shop as normal. When you are ready to redeem, click the Rewards at the bottom and apply your points. You will receive a discount code that will automatically be applied at checkout.
What happens if I return an order?
If you used your points on an order that you are returning, they may not be refunded. Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance.
Where can I see my points balance?
You can view your points balance by logging into your account and clicking the Rewards tab.
I'm missing points. What do I do?
If you think you are missing points, please email us at hellolily@shop-lilys.com. Include your order number and account email.
Promotion Policies
Where do I enter a promo code?
Please enter your promotional code in the box that says “Discount code” on the checkout page and hit the “Apply” button.
How many promo codes can I enter?
Only one promotional code will be honored per order.
